Nicole Mason
Founder & Principal Consultant
I’m Nicole Mason, Founder and Principal Consultant of One Mason Lane. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading brand and marketing strategies for some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Macy’s, where I spearheaded initiatives that drove over $1B in sales and transformed the mobile app experience into an award-winning platform.
My career has always been about helping brands connect authentically with their audiences—whether through digital innovation, large-scale campaigns, or values-driven storytelling. Today, I bring that same passion and expertise to One Mason Lane, where I partner with professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to create their own lanes of impact and growth.
At my core, I’m a strategist, problem solver, and advocate for authenticity. I believe every brand has a story worth telling, and my role is to help you uncover it, shape it, and share it in ways that drive meaningful results.
